The “Ski or Ride” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
ENTRY: Sweepstakes begins 12/1/07 and ends 5/1/08 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to enter: 1) Text Message: Text the keyword ‘SKINH’, ‘RIDENH’, ‘NHSKI’, or ‘NHRIDE’ (the “Keyword”) to 22122 (the “Short Code”) using a wireless device capable of 2-way text messaging (you must provide your own device). Once you have properly text messaged the Keyword to the Short Code, you will receive a reply via text messaging confirming your entry. By entering, you will receive mobile alerts about special offers, snow conditions or event information throughout the season from Ski New Hampshire. You may opt-out from receiving these alerts via this method at anytime by sending the Keyword STOP to 22122 or replying STOP to any alert message. Important Notice for Text Messaging means of entry: Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and/or receive. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. You must be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions; 2) Online: Visit www.WinterNH.com, complete the online entry form, in its entirety, select ‘SKI’ or ‘RIDE’ (the “Selection”), and submit.
Limit one entry per person, wireless phone number, or email address during the Promotion Period regardless of means of entry. The Keyword submitted via Text Message or Selection made via Online entry will not affect chance of winning. Any additional entries will be void and considered as ineligible. Automated entries, or entries submitted by third parties, will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter this sweepstakes you must be a legal US citizen, at least 18 years of age or older, and a resident of the United States of America. Employees of the Sponsors, g8wave, Inc., their parent companies and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and any individual or company directly associated with this sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate families of these entities (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of the respective households of these entities (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate.
PRIZES: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a 7-night winter getaway for up to 4 individuals at InnSeason Resorts at Loon. Trip includes 7 nights’ Deluxe Suite accommodations (one-bedroom suite sleeps four (4) people) at the InnSeason Resorts in Lincoln, NH (winner’s choice of South Mountain or Pollard Brook property), and seven (7) days of skiing (28 lift tickets total) valid at Loon, Waterville Valley, Cannon and Bretton Woods mountains. Prize package includes one (1) dinner for two (2) people at Fratello’s and one (1) breakfast for (two) people at Texas Toast. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the resort and ground transportation while at the resort, additional meals and beverages, gratuities, telephone and all other charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Trip must be taken during the 2008-2009 ski season. Duration of ski season will be determined by InnSeason Resorts. Blackout dates, including, but not limited to, 12/21/08-12/31/08 and 2/15/09-2/23/09, and other restrictions may apply. Approximate retail value of this prize is $3,498.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: One winner will be selected for the Grand Prize, and one winner will be selected for the First Prize, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing to be held on or about 5/15/08 under the supervision of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsors. In the event of a dispute, prize will be awarded to the “authorized account holder” associated with the given wireless telephone number or email address used to enter. The authorized account holder is defined as: the natural person who is assigned to a wireless telephone number by a wireless service provider or the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder or of identity may be required by Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or confirmed in writing via US mail, or other form of home delivery.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer, substitution or cash value equivalent for Grand Prize or First Prize is available, except at sole discretion of Sponsors. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where allowable, a Publicity Release to be returned within ten (10) days of written confirmation, or prize award will be void and an alternate winner may be selected. Travel companions/guests of winner will also be required to sign and return a Liability Waiver, at least 20 days prior to travel dates. All federal, state and other taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.
SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes Entities not responsible for any entries that are not received due to Internet traffic, virus or other technical/transmission problems beyond their reasonable control, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication, any technical problems or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, cellular telephone related or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries or text messages. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes need to be terminated, due to technical difficulties, winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the point of termination. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics and implementation, or interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Indicate Rules Request (must be received by 5/15/08), or Winner Confirmation Request (must be received by 6/30/08) on front of envelope.
